It is good to find some resources that I wasn’t aware of. I came looking for vacation idea’s for families with special needs. Our daughter is a social misfit. Although she goes to school in a special program, her teachers at the end of the day are happy to see me to say the least. (It’s nice to have their compassion and understanding)
We are at our wits end in vacation idea’s. We want to go camping but feel we will probably be kicked out of the park for public disturbances. So what’s a family to do. Other than Joni’s camp for families with disabilities there isn’t much available out there.. But I’ll be looking and reading the columns over at Special Needs Bliss. It’s good to find other advocates out there such as yourself!
