Adandoned Child graduates
This is a video news story of a girl who is graduating high school. She was abandoned at birth, wrapped in a bloody towel with the umbilical cord still attached. She was left on the side of the road in a paper bag, in the evening, in the dead of winter. One man found her (I believe he was an off duty firefighter) - just sort of stumbled upon her by accident. He took her to the hospital. Her internal body temperature had already dropped to 90 degrees. She was eventually adopted.
The part that struck me was her feelings she expressed towards her natural mother (who was never found). She said that she thought that she was just a scared girl, with no support, with no one to turn to, and didn’t know what to do. If she’s expressing her true feelings on it - I think she’ll be very healthy in her life from now on.
